Bellevue Business Districts

Office space in the city is spread across Bellevue’s unique business districts. Firms of all sizes value being here because the city provides access to public amenities, industry leaders, and high performing employees - not to mention pristine natural areas and a creative, vibrant culture.

Redevelopment will add millions of square feet of space for new and expanding companies in areas like downtown, Eastgate, and the $2 billion Spring District. To learn more about individual developments, see our Major Projects List

Downtown

Downtown Bellevue is the economic heart of Puget Sound’s Eastside. As home to some of the world’s most recognized brands, downtown offers a walkable, transit-connected, urban community.

BelRed/Spring District

Anchored by the Global Innovation Exchange and running parallel to the future East Link light rail line, the former warehouse district is fast transforming into Bellevue’s innovation hub.

Eastgate

Running parallel to Interstate 90, Eastgate offers easy access to regional highways, the Mountains to Sound Greenway cycling route, and buildings with wide floorplates suitable for corporate campuses.

Wilburton

Located just east of downtown, the neighborhood is anchored by Overlake Hospital and the Eastside Rail Corridor’s regional cycling route, Wilburton is a key opportunity for developers.
